Environment

  • Airbyte version: 0.35.27-alpha
  • OS Version / Instance: Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster), GCP n1-standard-2
  • Deployment: on GCP (Compute Engine)
  • Source Connector and version: Facebook Marketing 0.2.33
  • Severity: High
  • Step where error happened: Setup new connection

Current Behavior

The connection tests failed.
"FacebookAPIException('Error: 2635, (#2635) You are calling a deprecated version of the Ads API. Please update to the latest version: v13.0.')"

Expected Behavior

Airbyte connector should handle the newest version of the API.

On 2022-02-08 facebook released the latest v13.0 api version, since then any newly created app use by default the latest api version and is not possible to downgrade.

similar to issues/6337

@valerioditinno thanks opening this. I'll close as duplicate of #10629. I'm doing this because that issue was already asign to the developer.
