Environment

• Airbyte version: 0.40.18
• OS Version / Instance: Ubuntu 18.04
• Deployment: Docker
• Source Connector and version:File 0.2.33
• Step where error happened: Update connector

Current Behavior

create file connector with valid url : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/codeforamerica/ohana-api/master/data/sample-csv/addresses.csv
update it with another valid url: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1K7b9Ep8V8o-vCOCDWdMs4-qwhGT6e6QvCM_O5FrUvB0/export?format=csv
during Test and Save it throughs an error: "Failed to load https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1K7b9Ep8V8o-vCOCDWdMs4-qwhGT6e6QvCM_O5FrUvB0/export?format=csv: - Connect your Google account please use the Official Google Sheets Source connector"

Expected Behavior

updating with valid url should work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create file connector with valid url : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/codeforamerica/ohana-api/master/data/sample-csv/addresses.csv
2. update it with another valid url: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1K7b9Ep8V8o-vCOCDWdMs4-qwhGT6e6QvCM_O5FrUvB0/export?format=csv
