• changed the DEFAULT_WAIT_TIMEOUT_SECONDS to 24-hour limit, as described in https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce_app_limits_cheatsheet.meta/salesforce_app_limits_cheatsheet/salesforce_app_limits_platform_bulkapi.htm
• decrease page_size from 30k to 15k to make ingest jobs run faster.
