Try to fix this oncall https://github.com/airbytehq/oncall/issues/1007

Improve validation on "check" command to return AirbyteConnectionStatus instead of Exception
It will improve UX experience and skip generating sentry exception and on-call issues

P.S. somebody published airbyte/source-file:0.2.29, I have bumped version to 0.2.30
