The TEMPORAL_HOST does not get set by default in the cron helm chart, see #20152

Setting the TEMPORAL_HOST to the default value configured in the kubernetes configmap

🚨 User Impact 🚨

User should be able to deploy the helm chart without configuring the TEMPORAL_HOST themselves, however they still can override it.
