We are seeing this error in this OC https://github.com/airbytehq/oncall/issues/3270 : An exception occurred in the change event producer
A similar error was seen here and the fix appears to be in Debezium version 2.4.0
Conducted manual test to make sure full resyncs weren't occuring due to state being modified. Tested the upgrade & downgrade scenarios. From the Debezium release notes as well, there aren't any breaking changes made here : https://debezium.io/releases/2.4/release-notes#release-2.3.0-final
