What

Certification:
Input fields only marked as required if that's absolutely necessary. Reports Start Date was required but with default value.

How

Made reports start date optional (see UI screenshot below). Instead of default value reports will use PredefinedTime - LastYear and ThisYear, which will return all data from previous and current calendar year.
