The server-legacy and the server targets are redundant and overwrite each other. This doesn't seem to have any adverse effects other than to invalidate the build cache. This PR streamlines the build.gradle file to avoid this bad behaviour. The scope of the changes doesn't go beyond the CDK and running the CDK tests is enough to determine its validity: all airbyte-api imports are in another CDK package.
