What

Revival of this reverted PR, using the new terminology that was decided in this thread.

Update the terminology in our connector docs to match the new Airbyte Connector / Marketplace terminology that is being implemented in the platform by https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte-platform-internal/pull/12899

NOTE: this should not be merged until we are ready to merge that ^ PR, and they should be merged together to keep things consistent

How

Replace certified with Airbyte Connector, and community with Marketplace in the docs.

Can this PR be safely reverted and rolled back?

Yeah I'm not sure what is going on there. Definitely seems unrelated to this docs-only change, so I'm inclined to not let it block this PR.

EDIT: After merging in master, the CI failure went away 🤷
