This repository contains a set of experimental tools for exploring and analysing trace data emitted by clueFS.
Each subdirectory contains a separate, standalone tool with its associated documentation and input data sets.
Currently the tools below are available:
- lsst-demo-v10.1: contains a Python notebook for interactive exploration of the file system activity induced by the execution of the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope (LSST) software demo using v10.1.
- lsst-demo-v11.0: contains a Python notebook for interactive exploration of the file system activity induced by the execution of the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope (LSST) software demo using v11.0.
These tools were developed and are maintained by Fabio Hernandez at IN2P3 / CNRS computing center (Lyon, France).
