目前我们的边缘推理亟需多容器运行，而且需要支持容器下发更新，而 npu_transfer_proxy 需要共用的特性不允许这样部署和更新算法应用。关键是 npu image更新和完成一次重置之后，只有第一次建立联系的 npu_transfer_proxy 进程能够支持推理服务使用NPU硬件，一旦这个进程被停掉了，后续再次启动 npu_transfer_proxy 进程，推理服务也都无法使用NPU, 这个问题怎么解决？
