WHAT IS THE ISSUE?
At the moment, enabling private flag for a device means the device's visibility is also lost on the AirQo website also

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDATION?
Enabling the private flag should just ensure that the device is not visible to other systems BUT visible to the AirQo website.

CONTEXT?
There is an endpoint that fetches data which is displayed on the map. This is only able to fetch data for publicly available devices.
