Confirm Helm CRD handling works as advertised

This issue is related to #2 and #3, but can be done in parallel.

The work here is to pick a couple of CRD-deploying airship charts, which follow the style guideline for deploying CRDs as defined in #2, and make sure that Helm actually behaves as advertised.

Essentially, deploy the chart, confirm the CRDs are in place, and then delete the chart -- and then verify that the CRDs are still in place. Any related or scenario-specific testing would be good to do at the same time.

If any issues are found, we can discuss in the design call and create a ticket in the Helm community if necessary.
