update paths in mock data file paths

Description

Part of SCR fixes -

• update hardcoded absolute path to non abs path in unit tests mock data

These are just paths in mock data used for testing purposes and doesn't reveal any sensitive information about your system's structure, user data, or configuration details.

At runtime, these paths are calculated and not hardcoded
