Clone https://github.com/manuelbua/libgdx-contribs/ and make sure to include those files as dependencies for the post processing effects.
Use eclipse and load it as a gradle project.
File -> Import -> Gradle Project
For HTML, you must install the GWT plugin in eclipse.
You can play it by downloading from https://github.com/ajayyy/AtLeastItsNotDeath/releases
You must have Java installed to use run the build.
