Upshoot tech challenge II, 3.)

Due to time constraints this has not been bug tested but the code is almost all written, please see standard Laravel folders for the database migrations, blade templates, public folder for CSS and JS, app folder for models and controllers and routes for web.php. Built using Laravel 5.4.

It should be possible to preview by just going to the / route

This uses essentially the same code as the Challenge 1 but adds a Delete button on the end of each added item listed in the table, and then deletes an item from the database over AJAX when that item's delete button is clicked and removes it from the table on the front end.
