With the latest version of Eclipse the InstaSearch Installation gives "The following solutions are not compatible with this version of Eclipse: InstaSearch".
Interestingly, if InstaSearch is already installed and Eclipse is upgraded to the latest version, InstaSearch still works.
Thanks.

Hi,

Sorry, I'm not maintaining this project actively anymore.

Hi Andrejs,

When you say you are not maintaining this project anymore, does that mean no one is maintaining it? If so, would it be possible for you to provide a little more information on the build process so someone else can attempt to keep this project active?

Hi @mr-jolly ,

There's some build info in the readme of the project which should be sufficient, I believe. If not, let me know and I will update.

Hi, your plugin is special and a must have for eclipse. Thankyou for your effort.
Do you know about someone has taken the maintenance for next eclipse releases?

Hi all,
I had change a workaround for latest eclipse, you can have a try.
https://github.com/minyoad/eclipse-instasearch/releases/tag/v1.5.8

Thank's minyoad for your work. Worked nicely till the latest Eclipse version 2020-03. Unfortunately, the latest Eclipse update broke it again and shows "Could not create the view: it.unibz.instasearch.ui.instaSearchView". Thanks

For me it was simply adding http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2020-03 as a "Available Software Sites" and then updating.

In the meanwhile Eclipse version 2020-06 is out. With quarterly update cycles of Eclipse, I think it would be the best to mark this project as "deprecated" and to remove it from the Eclipse marketplace. Thanks.
