Travis is good but will be good to have everything native to GH and remove external dependencies.

* feat(ci): Added initial workflow for tests to run in GH actions
* feat(ci): Add coveralls to the test actions
* fix(ci): forgot quotes on workflow
* fix(ci): Add id to cache step so it can be tested against
* fix(ci): move action to just on pull_request
* fix(ci): Removed travis integration
