Anonymous access feature does not work

Disabling anonymous access doesn't work.

Users who are logged in can still see my dashboard, despite the "Allow anonymous" toggle being off.

Yes, this setting is in order to allow people that do not have an account. Someone with an account is not considered anonymous.

People without an account are still able to see my default dashboard though, is what I am saying.
