The files in the docs directory are the live contents of the critical-thinking website. The files are a mix of .md and .html. If you change the .md files, the live contents of the site changes. Use .md when possible, see below if you need to compile from source.
The .pdf files are knitted from the .tex files in the src directory. Do not change the .pdf files directly. Instead, change the .tex files, compile them and copy the resulting .pdf file into the docs directory.
