Secret highlight mode aborts extraction in files created via "PDF to markdown" plugin

on 0.10.11:
Plugin appears to not extract every highlighted portion of md files created via a plugin called "PDF to markdown".
Creates index file, than 1 to 3 new files, then stops.
Active options:

• Auto-capitalize
• Create links
• Open new file with highlights
• Explode links with new notes
• Open exploded notes on creation

It appears to work well on every other kind of file.

It just occurred to me that, in order to clean up the text, I had pasted it from a word processor called Mellel, which has useful options for text replacement. This is very helpful – You've uncovered a bug actually - it breaks when there are too many characters in the highlight - It can't create a new file then. I'll look into it and send you an update when to get the latest version.
