Opening pdf with wasavi enabled on google chrome fails.

I am having trouble opening pdf files with wasavi enabled. I tried disabling wasavi and pdfs open fine. I have more trouble with larger pdfs (~50 pages) than smaller pdfs (~2 pages).

This seems like a very strange problem because to me it seems completely unrelated to what wasavi does.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new person in google chrome
2. Install wasavi extension from the chrome store.
3. Visit a large pdf file
4. Visit a smaller pdf file
5. Disable Wasavi from chrome://extensions
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5.
7. See that chrome will load these pdfs with no problem

Some additional comments

• Sometimes reloading the page several times allows the pdf to load.
• This is overall relatively inconsistent (sometimes the pdf loads on the first try)
• When the pdf fails to load the screen is just white, nothing loads
• I have only tested this problem on OS X.
• This only started happening relatively recently, ~1 - 2 weeks ago.

I can confirm I am encountering this as well. Since it's usually one or two refreshes away I did not pay attention to this. On Windows 10 64-bit Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87 m (64-bit).
