check_snmp_int.pl for use with Embedded Perl, including options to access an
OID.

check_snmp_int.pl was shifted around (my $self=shift;) a bit to enable using it
whith embedded perl.

The check_snmp_int.pl is based on the version mentioned in this thread:

having the -T and -I options to directly access an OID, e.g. when using an
Allied Telesys switch, where the description table contains only the
switchmodel's name and number, and no Portnumber.
