Systematic benchmarking of deep-learning methods for tertiary RNA structure prediction

This repository contains the data for the manuscript "Systematic benchmarking of deep-learning methods for tertiary RNA structure prediction". The files for the three datasets are in the respective directories, and the MSA directory contains the alignment files for different tools which were used to calculate the N_{eff} using HMMalign.
