Project Update 08_14_2017

Summary

The State of Alaska's Department of Health and Social Services now has it's very own Github organization. We'll be using this new organization to communicate with vendors and stakeholders forward. Questions or comments can be submitted as issues in this repo.

We are working on the Quality Assurance Plan, the template for the Request for Proposal, and continuing to edit the Statement of Work that has already been posted. We hope to have drafts of all of these document by late August or sooner.

We received and responded to some good questions via GitHub issues, and encourage interested parties to continue to use that feature as we continue our planning.

Completed:

• Obtained approval of the System Security Plan (SSP) to allow technical prototyping to proceed.
• Completed independent security review of connection between cloud hosting environment and AK network.
• Published initial draft version of Quality Assurance Plan.
• Updated draft of Statement of Work.

Upcoming:

• Complete technical prototype
• Finish procurement documents and RFP
