ROOT Rideshare App

ROOT is a full-Stack Django application that connects riders and drivers.

The target user for this ride-sharing platform is a busy commuter who desires a way to get to and from work without having to either wait in traffic behind the wheel or brave the oddities of public transportation. This user wants a convenient way to commute with people they trust.

Next Steps

• Proactively inform riders when changes have been made to their current commutes
• When no ride matches have been found, display alternative selections for the user to choose from
• Allow users to reset their passwords
• Build a separate employer admin dashboard that helps employers see how many of their employees are utilizing this employee benefit
