#1369 introduced a link to the source from the API docs, but that doesn't work for Java sources.
The Scaladoc bug is tracked in scala/bug#5388
As suggested there the generated docs should be post-processed to fix the link.

The Scala 2.12.9 release will fix this scala/scala#7559
