We should update this script: https://github.com/akkadotnet/akka.net/blob/dev/tools/AddCopyrightHeaderToSourceFiles.ps1

To support some kind of "ignore" flag that causes us not to touch files that are included in the Akka.NET source code, but shouldn't be slapped with this particular header. For instance, the AsycContext stuff we use for testing Task integration in Akka.NET: https://github.com/akkadotnet/akka.net/tree/41c116d2a3d280481e584401608ec848dc147632/src/core/Akka.Tests.Shared.Internals/AsyncContext
