Download TAR Files from A Webpage

Use this simple code to download all the tar files on a webpage.

You need to have the following libraries:

1. tqdm
2. requests
3. urllib.request
4. BeautifulSoup

Run the code by the following command from the directory in which you have saved tar_downloader.py:

$ python3 tar_downloader.py

When asked, enter the URL of the webpage with no slash (/) at the end and you are good to go.

You can also download other files with different extensions by just changing line 20 from '.tar' to the extension you want.
