Spam Classification using SVM
wrapper.py ——> use to create the data in the required format for the program to read.

Part a——> Solve dual objective of SVM using CVX package in MATLAB.
Part b——> Calculate the require values and the accuracy.
Part c——> Solve SVM problems using gaussian kernel.
Part d——> Solve dual objective using linear and gaussian kernel  using libsvm.
