Unable to override nBwindow icon and background options #2642

How can I override the ndWindow service to prevent users from maximize the window.

Use case,

Disable Maximize Icon from window service: we want to use the window as a warning/info window at the bottom from nBwindow service (and restrict the user from maximizing to prevent scroll locks)
Change default colors of the background

is this possible from the configurations in the window service, these options are not exposed in the configuration
