[#351] To avoid errors when replaying seasons, rename certain players in historic data (in player_history_wxyz.json files) to avoid confusing the data of two different players.

To avoid errors when replaying seasons, rename certain players in historic data (in player_history_wxyz.json files) to avoid confusing the data of two different players.
Creates a (manually maintained) file "duplicate_player_names.csv", which contains the IDs of players in a given season, and what they will be renamed to. By convention chosen to rename the player least likely to re-appear in FPL, and used their full name as written on Wikipedia.
