Update section of community meetings with the new structure, time and dates.

Inform past and current structure of EDS community meetings.

Local. MacOs.

@malvikasharan @aleesteele please feel free to add your comments on motivations and context why TTW collab cafes could facilitate connections between EDS book audience and Open Science / Reproducibility communities! @EstherPlomp your comments would be welcome too, in particular about ORC. Not sure if we can embed ORC Google calender in the markdown file and if it's supported in JupyterBook.
