19.1 support

Quick fix to support APEX 19.1 and JET 6.1.0

large bugfixes

• setValue on single select didn't show the display value
• setValiue did trigger an onChange event but selecting by mouse didn't

Version works with APEX 18.2

This version should work alright with APEX 18.2. Did a quick test on apex.oracle.com.
