A github explorer application

This repository demonstrates how to develop JAMStack apps on Netlify. You'll learn how to build a github-connected app using OAuth.

We use Netlify Functions as our "backend", powered by AWS Lambda.

What's the stack?

• typescript - It's 2021, you probably shouldn't be writing plain JS
• create-react-app - for quick react application setup
• unstated-next - for simplified react context
• react-query - for remote state/cache management
• graphql-code-generator - Well, 'cause writing types for APIs sucks

How to run it?

Requirements

• node >= 12
• yarn

Install dependencies

$ yarn install

Run the dev server

$ yarn dev

this will open http://localhost:8888
