Hey, new contributor on board! I'm up for the task, any suggestions/requirements on how you'd like to redesign it?

@FleetAdmiral it would be great if it followed the same style and color scheme of http://perkframework.com/ and keep the same general information on there. Other than that, simplicity is golden. Since this page is meant to be replaced by the real home page of the project that the developer is working on, it shouldn't be difficult to change. There shouldn't be any hunting around for files in strange places. Ideally is should be very straightforward from looking at the source how to modify it.

(Just to clarify, this is the homepage that gets auto generated for you when you first create a new project)

Thanks for helping out. I really appreciate it!

@FleetAdmiral I'm working on redesigning a new logo... want to work together so we can get some design consistency? This is my first go. Comments/feedback are greatly appreciated and more info on the inspiration is here: alarner/perk-docs#12.

@abbylarner Sure! Let me know how you'd like to collaborate on this and we'll get started!

@abbylarner do you have a sketch/illustrator file for this? Loving the color schema, would like to try some different fonts/ideas in general

@alarner I've started work, and i'm sticking to the exact same colour scheme on perkframework.com (#7CC197 and grey), i hope thats fine? It looks fine to me but i could change that a bit if you feel that'd be better.

Keeping the same color scheme sounds good to me @FleetAdmiral. Thanks!

@alarner Awesome! I have a request - could you assign the task to me if possible, its pretty annoying when multiple people work on the same issue due to lack of communication (speaking from experience since this is something that has happened for almost every other hacktoberfest issue i've involved myself in). Thanks!
Edit: @alarner I got the invitation but it now shows it to be invalid. Could you send it again?

@FleetAdmiral for some reason it won't let me assign the issue to you. Any ideas?

@alarner I'm guessing its because i'm not a part of the 'Contributors' for this project. It's fine, i'm guessing nobody would take it up after reading this thread. Thank you!

@FleetAdmiral I'm going to work on creating an organization for Perk #88 instead of having it on my personal account so that we can have more flexibility and permissions around collaborators. If there's any questions this issue is yours :D

@alarner Sounds awesome!

@RobAWilkinson just submitted a pull request so you can play around with the ai file. @FleetAdmiral sorry for the slow response...I may just look at your design when you submit and adjust the logo as needed.
