It is a very minor bug, but noticeable, anyway.

When I print a flight plan or export it to HTML, I can see a space before the line that says " Arrive via .....". This space creates a misalignment with the rest of the paragraph.

Removed wrong indentation in print and HTML flight plan #1054

More cleanup in HTML export and printing. Made header smaller.
Move distance and time section in flight plan header up to general data.
Added underline as separator in flight plan table header below distance and time section.
