0.58 Beta9: text is misplaced in top bar in TDM

[aC] SorZ: there's my own Lives:
[aC] SorZ: and enemy team's kills
[aC] SorZ: why is that necessary?
[aC] SorZ: wouldn't it be better to display, enemy team's lives?
[aC] SorZ: cuz, atm I only get confused looking at it
[aC] SorZ: also the lay-out there in toogle is bugged
[aC] SorZ: the boxes that displays all kills and lives etc
[aC] SorZ: is sometimes missplaced
[aC] SorZ: and covers each others
[aC] SorZ: that goes as well when you put timelimit on
[aC] SorZ: the timelimit box covers the "OLX" logo in toogle

[aC] SorZ: it should be Lives: Kills: (personal kills)
[aC] SorZ: and the Blue team icon to the right of 'OLX'
[aC] SorZ: should display enemy teams lives, not kills/score
