Welcome to the RadiomicsOntologyIBSI wiki!

In this wiki, we will provide you with the tools that we developed to standardize the reporting of radiomics studies using FAIR-compliant tools. In particular,

  1. You will learn how to use template tables for standardize the report of your computations
  2. You will learn how to convert template tables to RDF triples using the mapping language D2RQ and the radiomics ontology
  3. You will learn how to upload the RDF triples into a SPARQL endpoint and query them

First, it is important to install some required software. Please verify the requirements in your environment are satisfied by looking at the pre-requisites page.
