Question with array_list seems wrong

A question with the following seems wrong, array_list does not work but it seems your question suggests that it will work. Secondly it would be good if I can go back to a question and try it again to verify it.

I think @PhilAndrew is referring to 0382. But array_list() is just one of the answers, not a correct answer.
