Use m2r instead of pypandoc #357

Pypandoc causes a lot of headaches:

  • pandoc is sometimes difficult to install
  • pypandoc is not compatible with the latest version of pandoc

M2r provides a lightweight, pure-Python alternative.

Coverage remained the same at 95.349% when pulling 8caac21 on dotlambda:replace-pypandoc-by-m2r into 5d3259c on alecthomas:master.
