Gruvbox is a retro groove color scheme for Vim. Gruvbox eDEX-UI is a theme for eDEX-UI using the gruvbox color scheme.
To install it, first install the fonts from Horizon eDEX-UI Theme, as these themes are based partially on the Horizon theme. Then download the themes
folder of this repo and put the files in your eDEX config directory.
Then, launch eDEX-UI, use Ctrl+Shift+S
(or ⌘+Shift+S
) to open the settings, select gruvbox
in the "theme" dropdown menu, hit "Save to Disk" and "Reload UI". Done!
Gruvbox also has a -notype
variant without an on-screen keyboard and an extended file manager, a -disrupted
variant where the terminal is on the right of the screen and a -full
variant without an on-screen keyboard and an extended terminal. Screenshots below.
Note: In the -full
theme, the visual order of terminal tabs is reversed, and the memory monitor emphasizes free memory slots instead of used ones.
