Manually ran the cli command to verify that the ID was created

$ alerta --profile stage send -r bam4 -e testingcli -E Production -S Test1 -s critical -i ca4cce2d-2306-437b-8259-3861d4a69f4c
ca4cce2d-2306-437b-8259-3861d4a69f4c (indeterminate -> critical)
