Can you please add more information as the display resolution and the editor scale (you can find it in the editor settings) you are using? Otherwise I won’t be able to reproduce this.

I'm also having the same issue, the FMOD Project Browser opens with its tab partially outside of the screen, could only be dragged down to show the full tab. The browser is resizable but the min size is too big and its default height is higher than the screen size.

It should be better now.
