Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Need to be able to upload KML files, in addition to GPS and GeoJSON files, when importing track data.

Describe the solution you'd like
Solution might be based on this parser. which we can wrap: https://gitlab.com/stepandalecky/kml-parser.
