Bolts is a WordPress parent theme designed to make theme development swift and simple. It's written in valid HTML 5 and comes with some basic styling in place, so it could be used on its own if desired.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `bolts` to your WordPress theme directory.
2. Activate the theme under the Appearance options in the admin.
3. To build a custom theme using Bolts, create a child theme by adding `Template: bolts` to your theme header.
