*New: package-template.ps1 runs copy-devtotemplate.ps1, runs package-nuget.ps1, updates the vsix version, and builds the .SLN in release mode. The resulting .VSIX should be ready to upload.
*New: test-template.ps1 is now executed as a pre-build step when running the HomeSeerTemplates project.
