In the EMBots team’s paper presented at the 2nd SLTAT Workshop in Dundee, 
there are screenshots of the character called Max, and the quality of the hands 
of that character look quite good.  Unfortunately, the quality of the hands of 
the Ben character we are testing at CUNY appears to be lower.  This may affect 
the understandability of this animation. For example, there is a lack of 
shading on the hands, which makes it difficult sometimes to disambiguate the 
sign being performed (Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17). Some darker shading 
or a higher-quality texture is needed on the hands.
