• NodeJs
• Administrator privileges
• Git for windows or download as zip this git repository

Install this script

• execute in cmd : git clone https://github.com/AlexisVisco/No-BackgroundUpdate/
• create this bat file on your desktop :

• replace HOME_OF_THE_REPO with the location of the cloned repository
• launch the bat file as administrator !

Now svchost is not a problem.

what's the script doing

The script, every 8 seconds iterate through the output of the command : netstat -b -o -n. If a line contain svchost.exe the script get the PID of the processus and kill it by doing this taskkill /F /PID $PID_OF_PROCESS.
