About me

Biography

I'm Alexander and after working in theatre (Director/Producer) and education (Learning Support Worker), I am now a Full-Stack Software Developer.

After studying with School of Code in 2023 and moving on to my own projects in software and web development, I found my past experiences have made me an excellent problem solver who can manage complex workloads. After performing a panto simultaneously in spoken English and British Sign Language and having to improvise in both in front of an audience, I can confidently say I tackle unexpected challenges head on.

Communication After running theatre workshops for all ages I can communicate confidently to relay instructions and information, as well as being approachable in return
Problem Solving From being a Learning Support Worker I can anticipate and prevent problems as well as solve them, and anticipate differentiation & accessibility when creating resources
Public Speaking Years of stage work have made me confident in front of a room whether they are familar or new, and delivering with confidence and ease
Copywriting Creating documents and guides for students with additional needs has ensured I think carefully about my word choices and how they will come across to the reader
